PushDuel ("we", "our", or "the app") is a mobile app for camera-tracked push-up practice, ranked duels, and optional daily app-unlock goals. This policy explains what information the app collects, how it is used, and the choices available to you.
Live camera frames used for rep tracking are processed entirely on your device and are not uploaded, transmitted, or stored. An on-device machine-learning model uses the live feed only to estimate body position and count push-ups. If you choose a profile picture, the selected image is uploaded to cloud storage. PushDuel does not request microphone access in this release. Opponent victory-clip recording and playback are disabled in this release.
If you enable Push to Unlock, your selected apps, daily goal progress, and app-block events stay on your device and are not uploaded to our servers. On iOS, Apple provides private Screen Time selection tokens rather than revealing the identities of selected apps to PushDuel. On Android, Usage Access lets your device detect when a selected app enters the foreground so it can display the lock screen. PushDuel does not read activity or content inside selected apps.
We use account and gameplay information to operate accounts, matchmaking, leaderboards, friends, safety features, notifications, and support. Public usernames, profile pictures, levels, rankings, and relevant game statistics are visible to signed-in players where needed for those features. We use:
The current release does not include advertising or subscription-billing SDKs. We do not sell your personal information.
You may decline camera, photo-library, notification, Screen Time, Usage Access, or display-over-apps permission, although the related feature will not work. You can turn off Push to Unlock, remove a profile picture, block players, and report a username or player from inside the app.
We retain information while your account is active and as reasonably needed for safety, abuse prevention, legal obligations, and shared match integrity. You can permanently delete your account from the Profile screen. This removes your authentication account, reserved username, profile, private notification tokens, uploaded profile media, friendships, blocks, rate-limit records, and pending requests or challenges. Shared match records and restricted safety, security, or diagnostic records may retain a pseudonymous account identifier where needed so another participant's history remains consistent or abuse can be investigated. They do not retain the deleted public profile or email address.
You can also review account-deletion instructions on our account deletion page.
PushDuel is intended only for people aged 16 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 16, we will take steps to delete the account and its personal information.
We use access-controlled cloud infrastructure and encrypted network connections to protect information. No transmission or storage method is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
We may update this policy as the app changes. Updates will be posted here with a revised date. If a future release adds advertising or paid subscriptions, this policy and the relevant store privacy disclosures will be updated before those services are enabled.
