Delete your PushDuel account

You can permanently delete your PushDuel account and associated personal data from inside the app. In PushDuel, open Profile, scroll to Account, choose Delete account, and confirm.

If you cannot access the app

Email us from the address associated with your PushDuel account with the subject “Delete my PushDuel account”. We may ask you to verify account ownership before deletion.

What gets deleted

• Your authentication account and sign-in credentials
• Your profile, reserved public username, optional country, and profile picture
• Your friends, blocks, pending friend requests, and pending challenges
• Your private device notification tokens, action rate limits, and matchmaking queue entry

Shared match records and restricted safety or diagnostic records may be retained where needed to keep another participant's history consistent, investigate abuse, or meet legal obligations. After your profile is deleted, other players no longer see your profile information through those records.

How long it takes

Deletion requested in the app begins immediately. Email requests are processed within 30 days after we verify that the request came from the account owner.
